Nick DiLello - Owner
Nick started his career in the bridal industry opening retail stores across the Southwest. In 2001 he worked at a wedding venue as a General Manager in Las Vegas. He specialized in planning corporate events and designing wedding receptions. An entrepreneur at heart he then purchased a franchise for a national wedding publication in the Arizona market in 2002. For the past 20 years he has produced the second largest and ONLY locally owned and operated bridal planning event in Arizona.
Customer service is his number one focus. While his career path has been varied the pride he shows in everything he does shines through. Opening Bottega Pizzeria Ristorante in 2017 combined his love for food and hospitality. Being born in Milano, Italy his Mom was the inspiration behind the stove and the secret to his passion for everything Italian.
As an Owner of Bottega Pizzeria Ristorante, his plan is to make your visit the whole package: great food and a dining experience complete with heart. Buon Appetito!
